Order Processing and Payments
When you purchase from our store, we collect information about you including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment details. We accept payments through Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. Payment transactions are encrypted and processed directly by Stripe to ensure your financial information remains secure.

Shipping and Fulfilment
To fulfil your order, we share your shipping name, address, and contact information with third-party delivery and courier services (e.g., NZ Post or other local couriers) strictly for the purpose of delivering your products to you.

How long we retain your data

Retention of Order Data If you make a purchase on our website, we retain your order information for as long as necessary to fulfil your order and to comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements. For example, in accordance with New Zealand tax laws, we are generally required to keep records of your purchase for at least 7 years.

Comments/Reviews

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their own personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
